Meet Our Team

Valeria has spent over 10 years helping kids learn, grow, and shine. She’s worked in schools, childcare centers, and therapy programs, bringing energy, patience, and creativity to every setting. Bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR certified, and trained in behavior support, Valeria makes kids feel safe, supported, and ready for fun.

She’s excited to bring her caring spirit and playful energy to The Clubhouse, where every day is about learning, laughter, and making memories.

Dee has always had a passion for working with children, beginning when her younger
sister was born while she was still a child herself. Growing up in a family of
doctors, she was encouraged to pursue a career in healthcare and spent her
teens and much of her twenties focused on that path. During her senior year of
high school, she developed a strong interest in child development and
psychology, which led her to take numerous childhood development courses
alongside her biology studies in college.

In her late twenties, Dee shifted her focus from healthcare to education and worked as
a preschool teacher at Bright Horizons in Greenwich, CT, where she adored her
students and found great joy in supporting their growth and learning. Recently
married, she has since relocated to Scarsdale and is excited to join the team
at Clubhouse Central. Dee is dedicated to creating a positive, loving, and
engaging environment for children and looks forward to bringing her energy and
experience to the program.

Naa is a proud senior at Edgemont High School and a lifelong member of the Edgemont community. With years of babysitting and tutoring experience under her belt, she brings a natural passion for working with children. Naa is especially enthusiastic about creating fun, engaging opportunities for kids to explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math). She often says she wishes a program like Clubhouse Central existed when she was growing up—and now she’s thrilled to help create that experience for the next generation.

Gabby is a junior in high school with more than four years of babysitting experience.
She has always had a passion for working with children and loves creating a
safe, fun, and welcoming environment. In addition to babysitting, Gabby spent a
summer as a science assistant at camp, where she guided kids through hands-on
experiments and encouraged their natural curiosity. Her favorite part of
working with children is sharing in their energy, creativity, and unique
personalities.

Petra is the founder of Petra Design, a full-service interior design firm based in Westchester, NY. Over the past 20 years, she's built a reputation for creating beautiful, functional spaces that feel both sophisticated and welcoming—whether it's a luxury hotel or a busy family home. She developed her expertise working at respected New York design firms including Michael Graves & Associates, Jeffrey Beers International, and Champalimaud Design. Her project experience spans from Augusta National Golf Club and St. Regis properties in Cairo and Jakarta to the Fontainebleau, along with restaurants and private residences around the world. What makes Petra's approach distinctive is her ability to blend architectural thinking with a keen eye for materials and furnishings that truly work for how people live. Her background gives her the technical skills to solve complex design challenges, while her experience as a mom of two keeps her grounded in the realities of daily life—she knows how to create spaces that look great and actually function for families.
